The existing access to the site from Brox Road will lead to the new car parking on the northern boundary of the site.

  The former gated pedestrian access from Slade Road will be reinstated and a new pedestrian access to the main entrance will be created from Brox Road, closer to the Bus Stop.

  The car parking will be based on a necessary provision to meet the needs for the residents, staff and visitors.

  All parking bays will have electric charging points.

  There will be a secure cycle and mobility scooter storage.
